90% of Soy is GMO. Non-GMO soy is hard on the natural process of the body. Altered levels of hormones and harder work to break down and process means.... yep, inflammation and disruption in our system.
In this episode, Brandon guides you through the best method by changing our logic and navigating healthier soy sauce alternatives.
